Refund & Return Policy

At LIVENIO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to providing a fair and efficient solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, LIVENIO will first attempt to provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not available or cannot reasonably be provided, a full refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for assistance, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number.

  • Provide photographic or video evidence of the issue when requested.

LIVENIO reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong item.

  • No longer wanting the product.

  • Personal preference after delivery.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Returns

In most cases, customers will not be required to return the item. If a return is necessary, LIVENIO will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process and post the refund.
