We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Estimated delivery time is between 8–15 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

LIVENIO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
